ABOUT MIZUNA
Mizuna Catering, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, has been making
happy clients since 1995. Owners and proprietors Marc Boornazian and Sean
Dannaker started out with
The Salad Stop in the county seat of Chester County,
but being a graduate of the Culinary In stitute of America, Marc needed to
exercise his creative culinary ability so Mizuna Catering was born.
Marc’s extensive experience consists of 15 years in the industry, preparing fine
cuisine in high-profile restaurants such as:
